Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method but generally range from 4-5 business days after shipment.

We currently ship to All 50 States.

Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Delays
Shipping delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control (such as carrier delays, weather, or high order volume). We appreciate your patience in these situations.

Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the damage, and we’ll be happy to assist.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
